Polypropylene Woven Sacks & Bags

MMT supplies a wide variety of polypropylene woven bags or sacks in various designs as per various application specific requirements for packing goods ranging from 25-100kg customized to the required degree . Polypropylene bags or sacks are used for packing a wide range of Pulverous and free-flowing goods:

• FOOD PRODUCTS: flour, corn, grain, animal feed, sugar, salt ...
• CHEMICALS: fertilizer, carbon, caustic soda ...
• PETROCHEMICALS: polymer granulate, PVC compound, masterbatches...
• MINERALS: cement, calcium carbonate, gypsum, lime, sand ... 

Based on the packaging requirements of customers and depending on product characteristics, filling, handling and storage requirements, these bags are available with various design options. 

CONSTRUCTION 

Tubular width up to 160 cm and height as per requirement

• Gussets, with straight stitched bottom or "H" type stitching
• Top hemmed or heat-cut
• Valve / handle - for filling and handling
• Lamination - inside or outside polypropylene/ polyethylene lamination
• Liner - polyethylene liner loosely inserted or stitched at bottom and top  

FABRIC

• Mesh - 18 to 56 per dm
• Tape width - 2.30 to 5.20 mm
• Denier - over 650 deniers as per customers' requirements
• Fabric colour - As per customers' requirements
• UV stability - Bags can be UV stabilized as per DIN EN 277 or other country specific standards
• Texture - As required by customer (for aesthetic or anti-slip properties)  

PRINTING  

• FLEXO PRINTING UP TO 5 COLOUR on one or both sides

Polypropylene Woven Fabrics 

MMT supplies woven flat and tubular polypropylene fabrics used for making bags & miscellaneous packing application etc. These fabrics are plain or laminated (transparent, milkywhite   (lamination or coloured). The Fabrics can be supplied in various colours and weavings as per customers'requirements.

• Denier - 680 to 2200
• Mesh per DM - 18 to 56
• Tape width - 2.30 / 5.20 mm
• Flat fabric - Up to 135 cm wide
• Tubular fabric - 36 to 65 cm
• Superior ultra-violet radiation resistance.
